When it comes to finding the best baking, the citizens of the San Diego region know exactly where to go. S&S Bakery has provided excellent service since its opening in 1994. Their fantastic success is a direct result of the experience and expertise of their owners, Jesse and Steven Fadick.

Jesse and Steven got their start in the bakery business in the 1980s. They worked with Martinos Bakery, purchasing distributorships. By 1986, the Fadicks moved into San Diego to address the new market there.

Unfortunately, Martinos Bakery declined in its quality. This prompted the Fadicks to open their own bakery in 1994. It was a risk for them, but in the end, it was definitely worth it. They moved into their new, 1900 square-foot location in Pacific Beach quickly. Their output, at first, was only donuts, as that was all their equipment could allow.

Over the course of the next few years, however, they invested in more equipment. This allowed them to produce a whole new range of products for their customers. Their breads, rolls, donuts, croissants, desserts, cakes, and everything else keep their customers coming back for more. The company has even implemented a convenient and simple way to order their products for delivery.

Because of their expansions, they’ve hired many employees to help at the facility. Currently, over 80 staff members dutifully work to keep S&S Bakery running at full capacity. The business is run foremost with the desire to create excellent bakery foods. This standard has never ceased to exist.

S&S Bakery has established excellent business relationship with many institutions in the area. They now frequently and consistently do business with military institutions, schools, food service operations, health care facilities, and more. Their exquisite standards of baking and business rank among the best in San Diego.
