Osaka Japanese Bistro - Specializing in authentic Japanese cuisine

The kitchen is led by the famous Shingo "Shin" Aihara, assisted by a crew of sous-chefs, cooks, and sushi artists. Shingo Aihara is a former National Sushi Competition Adjudicator in Japan, as well as an award-winning sushi chef. Under Aihara's command, Osaka's kitchen presents one of the most exquisite menus in the realm of Japanese cuisine.
The restaurant has been honored by Japan's most widely known weekly magazine, Asahi Shukan, as one of the 50 Best Japanese Restaurants. Osaka was the only non-Japan-based restaurant given this award. Furthermore, Las Vegas Review Journal readers voted the restaurant "Best of Las Vegas" nine times.
The extensive menu includes 30 different authentic appetizers, 14 chef special rolls, 24 signature rolls, and 37 standard rolls, as well as 34 a la carte options, 13 combination dinners, and more. Guests have the option of enjoying three different dining experiences, the Sushi Bar, the Teppanyaki Grill, and the traditional Tatami Rooms, ideal for large parties and special occasions.
Osaka has earned a reputation for carrying only the finest quality fresh fish and ingredients, as well as offering the most variety. In addition, the restaurant seasonally serves exotic ingredients usually only found in Japan, such as awabi (live abalone), aoyagi (live surf clams), kanpachi (rudderfish), and sayori (halfbeak).
Osaka Japanese Bistro has been Las Vegas' premier Japanese restaurant since 1967, and the staff continues to create exceptional dining experiences. The restaurant now has a sister location in Henderson, Nevada, that offers catering services to surrounding areas.
